GYS Series Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a new kind of cone crusher, which combines the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher with the ordinary cone crusher and adopts advanced design concept and optimized design. Better crushing frequency and eccentricity are used, so the content of the fine grains is higher in crushing products. It can significantly improve the processing ability of the follow-up process, reduce the overall energy consumption.

The crushing chamber of GYS hydraulic cone crusher is divided into four cavities according to the crushing size requirement. They are medium crushing, medium and fine crushing, fine crushing and super fine crushing.

It is suitable for crushing materials with Platts hardness f = 5-16, such as iron ore, nonferrous metal ore, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, pebbles, etc, these ores and rocks are widely used in metal mining, metallurgical industry, chemical industry, construction industry, cement and sand industry, etc. It is the ideal equipment for large stone plants and mining crushing.

Structure

GYS series hydraulic cone crusher consists of the transmission shaft, eccentric sleeve, ball bearing, hydraulic insurance device, adjusting ring, pulley, frame and other components.
